not all have been changed yet as some have no leniency and others have extra hits. also rename the helpers as per Kyles request.

The double chamber x-mode strats had a note saying bounce on the crumbles (which is a bad idea) so I removed it and switch the strats to the helper for 2 spike hits (with any leniancy factor) as it seems in line with all other xmode stuff. |
also updated the xmode leave shinecharged to include an option for leaving without hijump using quick walljumps. https://videos.maprando.com/video/9370

the following thorn rooms xmode can only be entered frame perfectly so adding an extra lenicny for strats in these rooms.
