This pull request adds a workflow which calls my AI updater to automatically update the SDK whenever new proto changes come in. This will continue to be refined but but is entirely functional as of now and will continue to improve as I work on it. For now it will just make draft PR's until we are more comfortable with its behavior.

@gabegottlob just to confirm, is this still a draft? If so, do you mind hitting the Convert to draft button until it's ready for review?

@stuqdog Sorry for the confusion. This PR is not a draft and is intended to allow us/me to see how the AI updater workflow performs in the production environment and let it start generating PRs based on the proto updates. It is fully functional as of now, but based on the code that it generates I will continue to refine it.
