В день окончания челленджа в 18:00 мск запускать голосовалку

отправлять текст и пинить сообщение как обычно
в тексте про итоги поменять на "Итоги подведу послезавтра в 10:30 мск."

"послезавтра в 10:30 мск"

завершать голосование
постить в чат сообщение с итогами
