Provides access to Google Music using GMusicProxy. The following items are implemented:
Search
Playlists
Stations
Library
In order to test this, you must run against the GMusicProxy branch jsonendpoint. When the plugin is ready for merge, I will release this version of GMusicProxy
In order to get playlists/favourites working I had to override the commonAddToPlaylist method in the playlistManager.
