This release removes all scanning around behaviors, stream behaviors, and pre/post processors. That proved too problematic so you MUST register each of these explicitly with the appropriate registration methods inside AddMediatR. This also ensures that the order of behaviors and pre/post processors reflects the explicit order of registration. With the scanning approach, you couldn't control the order.

Fechando este PR porque ele eleva o mínimo de MediatR de 12.0.1 para 14.2.0 e quebra a compatibilidade deliberada com MediatR 12 e 13. A própria matriz de CI confirma isso com NU1605 nos jobs 12.0.1 e 13.1.0; 14.2.0 já é coberto e passa sem alterar o intervalo público. Além disso, os lockfiles gerados perderam netstandard2.0/net10.0. Uma eventual quebra de compatibilidade deve vir em um PR major explícito, com migração e semver, não como bump automático.
