- Add dev-only /design-system page showcasing buttons, badges, cards, icons, typography, and table patterns
- Extract HeroButtons and CtaButtons as SSR components in page.tsx
- Tune dark mode: accent blue (#2563eb) backgrounds with white text (Option C)
- Tune light theme: navy primary tints for badges, cards, icon containers, tables (Option B)
- Fix global `a { color: inherit }` causing Link color mismatches with Tailwind classes
- Align Downloads page header height with other subpages and remove "Latest stable release" badge
- Simplify hero gradient (remove via-primary and radial overlay)
