Replaces the pretend contact form (submit = mailto: redirect, silent no-op without a mail client) with an honest CTA: 'Email me' accent button + 'Copy address' clipboard button; the Email row in the contact list is now clickable. ContactForm component deleted. Alternative (real form via Resend endpoint) can be a follow-up if preferred.
