Added extra notebook for Strip Theory.
The equation for ellipse was a bit wrong so corrected.
Changed the object used in strip theory notebook to more slender one so it does not completely violate the assumption.

Added corrected extra notebook for Strip Theory. Now we are finding added mass for baguette instead of rugby ball which does not violate the assumption much. I have validated the code with cylinder and was very close. Also, I did check the spelling and it should be all correct (hopefully).
I didn't know where to put it, so I have added into 'notebook' directory but might be worth making 'extras' directory.
