Implements Tesla Fleet API compatible add_charge_schedule endpoint using the vehicle SDK's AddChargeSchedule (added in v0.2.1). Supports days_of_week as comma-separated day names, 'All', or 'Weekdays'. Also adds root / redirect to /dashboard.
