There have been cases where specific users have had login issues and I’ve had to rely on them to share troubleshooting info from their device.
What is your idea?
To debug, it would be easiest of a moderator had privileges to proxy read only as a user, to check if there are issues with performance or projects. We don’t want this to be visible to them, and we don’t want it to affect any of their projects, but we do need to be able to see what the see.
