This PR addresses an issue (#15) where a fatal error occured when converting a
CLLocationor aCLLocationCoordinate2Dwith an invalid longitude to a UTMCoordinate .In changes the
utmCoordiate(_:)functions of theCLLocationandCLLocationCoordinate2Dextensions to be throwing.If accepted, this patch would require a new major version as it is backward breaking.
