When an agent writes a plan mid-turn, the left-side Agent Plan card auto-opens. That is useful once and noisy after that.
Settings → Appearance → Agent plan now has Open the plan card when an agent starts a plan. Default stays on (today's behavior). Turn it off and a new plan stays the small chip until you click it. Collapse/expand still works either way.
Per device, localStorage. No secrets. One concern.
