Hi, woowgers! Thanks a ton for your PR! The ideas you've brought up, especially the Unix-specific file handling and NVMe support, are really cool. I've got some news though - I've actually rewritten the project in C over the weekend. Because of this, I can't merge your PR as is, but I'd hate to lose your improvements.
