Mixed environments are rare. There is a bug that makes the `--lang=false` flag not work correctly as well

I'm happy to tweak this if necessary, but this project is pretty far behind on yeoman-generator, and my intent was to reduce the scope to a couple versions and minimize changes (for the sake of pending prs) |

@roaks3 I wouldn't expect this being merged in the next year or so. There are PRs pending for over a year now. |
