This script is designed to quickly start a devstack environment from inside
intel network.

Steps:
1). Setting up environments (Optional)
environment.inc variable and default setting is as below:
# CTRL_IP, The controller's IP for multiple nodes.
# Default value is All In One setup
CTRL_IP=`ifconfig eth0| awk '/inet addr/{print substr($2,6)}'`

# apt source mirror
LOCAL_APT_SRC=shtaurus.sh.intel.com

# pypi mirror
LOCAL_PYPI=shtaurus.sh.intel.com/pypi/simple
PYPI_HOST=shtaurus.sh.intel.com

#Intel proxies
INTEL_PROXY=10.240.252.16

2). run init.sh
