Description

This PR implements a fix for issue 💡Custom setting suggestion: automatically show the plugin view without command/operation when opening a markdown file 💡 #104.
Adds a new setting markdown-editor.autoEnterPluginViewOnMarkdownOpen to package.json.

How to test

Enable the markdown-editor.autoEnterPluginViewOnMarkdownOpen setting.
Open a markdown file — the plugin view should open automatically.
