Docker file and compose file for running myb on dockers
Compose includes Caddy for SSL and can do load balancing if needed
Changed some static envs to dynamic to load from .env files and not at build
Added adapter node to SvelteKit

Can run an example by making sure you have Docker desktop installed and run docker compose up at the root of the project
