Information Content Analyzer build on Bing's search API
Input:
original.txt file containing original queries in the form of 1 query string per line.
cover.txt file containing original queries in the form of 1 query string per line.
keys.txt file containing String of API keys, a space, and the available count. e.x "dasjojcoajsodjsao 4000"
Output:
oHits.txt, cHits.txt containing the hits.
Rate containing the IC rate.
The program will automatically keep the counting of API usage and switch APIkey.
