Summary

Adds a comprehensive CHANGELOG.md for the RustChain ecosystem, covering all major milestones from initial bounty board setup through the current self-audit program.

Format

Follows Keep a Changelog with Semantic Versioning.

Versions Covered

Version Period Highlights
v0.1.0 Nov 2025 Initial bounty board, BCOS L1 certification
v0.2.0 Dec 2025 Bounty verification bot, RTC auto-pay
v0.3.0 Jan 2026 Health Check CLI, Star Tracker, MCP server, VS Code extension
v0.4.0 Feb 2026 Beacon 2.6 integration, Grok PR review, multi-agent coordination
v0.5.0 Mar 2026 Glassworm Protocol, OTC Bridge, wRTC ERC-20, BCOS certification

Each version includes Added, Changed, and Fixed sections derived from git history.

Keep a Changelog format covering all major milestones:
