With nearest neighbor interpolation, the game looks very pixelated if it's not running at its native resolution. Bilinear interpolation can be used instead to avoid that issue.

I've been playing with this interpolation for a little while, but right now switching to Bilinear this can introduce some soft lines & artifacts in places they previously weren't in.

This can be fixed by disabling Repeat, but will also break scripts that rely on repeating textures.

The latest commit fixed the soft lines in the previous picture, but introduced a new issue with one of our existing backgrounds

There's a clamping issue with the left and right ends of the Dango background (can be seen in any Chapter I song w/ the Open-World Memories skin)
