This PR updates the paths to the references, gridfiles and climatologies for the testsuite in the get_data.sh script. I copied these files from /net/iacftp/ftp/pub_read/juckerj to /net/iacftp/ftp/pub_read/stelliom.
I also added new references for all new test-cases with suffix _PR399.
