Summary

  • Enable state persistence so expanded sections are remembered across page loads
  • Disable accordion mode to allow multiple sections to stay open simultaneously
  • Ensure active page's parent sections are always expanded after initialization

Test plan

  • Navigate to an article in a nested section
  • Verify the sidebar section stays expanded after page load
  • Click another article in a different section
  • Verify both sections can remain open
