Scope

Makes the committed HELM directory map deterministic. It now renders canonical manifest and policy topology, not live task worktrees, caches, or other machine-local directories.

It also restores current app-helm-console, app-helm-docs, and app-mindburn-web routing in the generator.

Validation

  • ruby -c scripts/generate-helm-ecosystem-map.rb
  • make lint
  • make test
  • Generated maps pass the exact generator check in a four-directory overlay and again after adding a transient scratch worktree.
  • The same output renders from the 429-entry active workspace.
  • Remote local-validation is green.

Current external gate

Remote docs-truth is red because the central ledger has a pre-existing row for docs/runbooks/autonomous-release-bootstrap.md that is absent from .github main and this branch. That document exists only in the unmerged bootstrap branch, so the ledger correction belongs to the independent release-bootstrap sequence.

Dependency

The paired generated-map PRs in docs and docs_for_team must land only after this generator change is machine-authorized and merged. No merge is requested here.
