6.1 release (James/Jeff)

• Status - Jeff
  • Feature freeze in place
  • alpha1 is out
  • sasmodels v1.0.10 and sasdata v0.10.0 to come closer to final release to allow bug fixes
  • alpha2 in the next couple of weeks
• Schedule
  • Bug fixes, documentation, and enhancements accepted until end of May
    • Proposed code freeze date: 30th May. Last working day of May, and same day as the technical meeting.
  • Full Release - Before the end of June. Release date TBD but should be set in mid-June.
• sasmodels and sasdata
  • There will be new sasmodels 1.0.10 and sasdata 0.10.0 releases to coincide with SasView 6.1.0.
  • These releases will follow the same schedule as 6.1.0, meaning code freeze dates will be the same.
  • The final releases will happen shortly before SasView 6.1.0 is released.
