ADRs

• ADR for creating ADRs
• Freezing dependency versions on release
  • Proposal that our 6.1.0 release is used as a testbed for this ADR from which we can gauge whether we want to use it for future releases.

  • Feature freeze - 30th April
  • Bug Fixes on New Features until End of May
  • Full Release - End of June
