Prerequisites

• A Shimmer3 device paired to the macOS machine

Notes

• pairing key is 1234
• use the following command in the terminal to retrieve your device name ls /dev/cu.*
• as shown in the demo video you will need to connect twice, alternatively you can connect first using the bluetooth settings in macOS, and then connect via the example. The first time you connect you should see a blinking blue led and the second time a solid blue. The reason is because when using the RN4678 blinking blue means connected, and a solid blue means the COM port is open
