A few notes:

  • It takes way longer than using Dice (the distance map computation is time consuming probably): takes around 5 minutes per epoch.
  • The metric is at 0.9 after around 65 epochs, but the whole cerebellum segmentation is not that good yet (Dice 0.8 for the cerebellum).
