  1. From the desktop of the computer, open the appropriate set of slides in PowerPoint. Make sure the content matches that of the bulletin. Close PowerPoint and save changes.

  2. Open PPT-NDI in "Classic" mode. Open the appropriate set of slides.

  3. Set the output resolution to 1920x1080. It will alert you that this requires a reload.

  4. Confer with the video operator that they are receiving your signal.

  5. Pay attention and keep up.

Troubleshooting

If the slide seems to get "stuck" partway through the transition, click the slide again in the list of slides at the bottom of the window.

If the video computer loses this signal, check the network connection to the graphics computer. It's possible that you will need to restart the computer. Stay in close communication with the Video operator, so they can avoid broadcasting a wrong slide at the wrong time.
