Why / Balance
This PR exists as a way to gently nerf BSO rather than outright getting rid of the role. I personally do not feel as if the role belongs on our RP-focused server and it's definitely designed for a much more chaotic server such as Goob Station. Regardless, I do not see this role following us through rebase.
BSO is way too overtuned in the state that it is and it provides a night permanent deterrent and obstacle for any antagonist objectives related to the captain. It is also an RP deterrent as often the BSO will protect the captain/nuke disc and prevent any meaningful bargaining/trade/threat RP
As it stands, BSO currently is a one man army, not a guard. A bodyguard doesn't need longarms, just pistols. Longarms allow them to act offensively rather than defensively.
