Pytorch lightning upgrades
An mpi lib file is missing from the currently selected docker image. More testing is needed to support mpi mode for the docker CI.
Upgrades pl_upgrades to match main branch changes.

Updates OpenFold to use pytorch=2.5 and CUDA 12. After these changes are merged, CUDA12 will become the default build procedure for OpenFoldv2.
