Minor changes and bug fixes

  • dynamically set the docker's internal UID and GID to the developer's UID and GID when we run airstack up. This way files created inside the mounted file tree will not be created as root, and the developer won't have to annoyingly change permissions on files.
  • seamless VSCode docker containers for debugging with RDE extension
