What changed: - Allow a properly linked approver to approve their assigned chores and rewards - Keep the admin approval bypass option for unlinked HA admins - Add clearer authorization logging for blocked and allowed approval attempts Why: - Fix issue #148 where linked approvers could not approve even when they were tied to the target user
