Introduction

T3 enables you to easily generate printable PDF labels.

There are three primary pieces to T3 label generation:

• The T3 API label endpoints can be used to generate PDFs from Metrc data, find label templates, or create new label templates.
• The T3 Chrome Extension Label Generator is an easy-to-use interface that wraps the API endpoints. Select packages and a template, and the generator will use the API to generate your label PDFs.

T3 API Label Endpoints

T3 labels are powered by the T3 API. You don't need to use the API directly if you don't need to, but the entire label infrastructure documented to support your custom integrations.

T3 Chrome Extension Label Generator

Most users will generate labels using the T3 Chrome Extension. The extension is alreay integrated into the T3 API and includes a suite of easy-to-use tools to get you creating labels right away.

T3 Label Catalog

Users need to browse existing label templates and create their own. The T3 Label Catalog is a public library of label templates.

T3 Label Studio

Users can view, copy, and modify label templates, and T3+ subscribers can create private labels with custom logos.

Motivation

• Free to use. Anyone with a Metrc login can generate labels. Users that do not have a T3+ subscription will have a small promotional banner placed across the top of their generated labels.
• Fast and simple. T3 can automatically extract any information from your packages and include them in your labels: package details, lab test results, scannable barcodes.
• Dynamic and powerful. The T3 label generator is highly advanced, and allows you to scale any label content to fit your label.
• Print with PDFs. Thermal, inkjet, and laser printers support PDF printing. T3 does all the hard work of generating these PDFs, all you need to do is click "print".
• Excellent documentation. The T3 wiki includes extensive documentation on how to generate the exact labels you need.
• Flexibility and customization. Businesses need very specific information on their labels, including images, logos, and warning labels. T3 labels can be easily adjusted to exactly match your needs.
