The compatible Roslyn/MSBuild update is already merged in #11124. It intentionally retains Roslyn 5.6.0 for net8.0/net9.0 and uses 5.9.0 for newer targets. This PR now only upgrades the net8.0/net9.0 references to 5.9.0, removing that compatibility split and causing the current build failures. Closing this incompatible update and retaining the configuration merged in #11124. |
