Pull Request Overview
This PR removes the hybrid globalization parameter from iOS performance scenarios in Azure DevOps pipelines. Since hybrid globalization is now enabled by default for iOS builds and cannot be disabled, the parameter is no longer necessary.

HYBRID_GLOBALIZATIONparameter from iOS build commands - Simplifies artifact names by removing the hybrid globalization suffix

The CI failure is unrelated and seems to be occurring with some other PRs from around the same time as well. This single file update should only impact the perf pipelines, merging. |

We no longer need hybrid globalization as part of iOS builds because it's enabled by default and cannot be turned off.
