Flowthru started as a concept during a ACM CSUF Project Jam. Initially the concept was proposed to help fix the issue of congestion during the check-in process of ACM events. Since then, the concept has grown to become a network that allows user to create organizations, publish events, and manage events in a more streamlined manner.
ACM Project Jams are events at CSUF that aim to help students improve their software development teamwork skills. It accomplishes this by exposing students to a collaborative environment via student-led open source projects. Project Jams helps students come together, form ideas, and code.
