The clarifying note inserted at the top of §G.3 explicitly states that the
*AVL* and *INV* namespaces are disjoint — AVL = SHA / grep / DOI checks,
INV = formal Coq theorems. R5: no theorem status was flipped.

## R-rule compliance

- **R1 (Rust/Zig only):** patch is `.tex`-only; no `.py`/`.sh` shipped to repo (`ap-g-patch.py` lives in `/tmp`, not committed).
- **R3 (≥1500 lines / ≥2 citations / ≥1 theorem):** N/A for appendix; the appendix is a *reference table* whose content lengths are governed by the JSON registry, not by R3's chapter-length rule.
- **R5 (Honest Admitted vs Proven):** every row in §G.7 carries `Proven` / `Admitted` / `wip` exactly as `_metadata.invariants[*].status` records. Zero flips.
- **R6 (Zero free parameters):** every numeric constant traces — α=0.01, μ₀=1.55, BPB=2.2393, BPB<1.50, sanctioned seeds {F₁₇=1597, F₁₈=2584, F₁₉=4181, F₂₀=6765, F₂₁=10946, L₇=29, L₈=47}, all from JSON.
- **R7 (Falsification):** §G.8 lists 7 falsification witnesses; §G.9 carries the INV-7 pre-registration; cross-refs §G.7 ↔ Appendix B.
- **R10 (Atomic commits):** single commit `feat(phd-phase2-stubkill-2-6): expand AP.G Data Availability …`.
- **R11 (Citation discipline):** N/A — appendix only references in-repo JSON + Coq files; no new bibliographic entries.
- **R12 (Mathematical proof writing — "we" pronoun, theorem statements):** prose follows existing AP.G voice; new sections are tabular reference content not requiring proof prose.

Phase 1 cross-reference invariants are **preserved**. The new `\ref{app:F}`,
`\ref{app:falsification}`, `\ref{app:acm-ae}` targets all resolve to existing
`\label{}` sites (Appendix F line 2, Appendix B line ~6, Appendix H line ~7).
