Which version of clang do you use?
Because every time i tried to build the mod using geode build it gave me this error:

what version of clang/macos do you use? github actions doesnt have this issue either.

I use MacOS 13.0.1

My clang version:

Apple clang version 14.0.3 (clang-1403.0.22.14.1)
Target: arm64-apple-darwin22.1.0
Thread model: posix
InstalledDir: /Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer/Toolchains/XcodeDefault.xctoolchain/usr/bin
