Summary

Adds a complete v2 pixel-art Citlali (茜特菈莉) Codex pet, seated on her Itzpapa cushion and reading a novel.

Included

• submission.json with bilingual name, Genshin Impact collection metadata, source attribution, and CC BY-NC 4.0 usage terms
• Codex v2 pet.json and a 1536×2288 spritesheet.webp
• No generated README, catalog, preview, or QA files
