Description
This PR bumps
libpngfrom v1.6.37 to v1.6.49, to resolves MacOS compilation issues brought up in #1639.The full list of changed between those versions can be found here: https://github.com/pnggroup/libpng/blob/libpng16/CHANGES
Fixes #1639
ext/libpnbis pointing to my personal fork because I don't have the correct rights to push tomitsuba-renderer/libpng. Fix this before merging.
