岗位职责:

  1. 作为实习生,你将直接参与公司核心项目,作为核心人员助力项目落地;
  2. 你将有机会从零开始为自研数据库做架构设计,针对业务场景设计并实现最新型、最高效的数据库核心模块;
  3. 你将有机会输出自己在校习得的数据库前沿理论,将创新的论文 Idea 应用到自研数据库,对数据库核心模块进行优化;

岗位要求:

  1. 至少熟悉 C/C++、Go、Java、Rust 中的一门编程语言,并且有意愿将 Rust 作为主力语言;
  2. 扎实的计算机理论基础,熟悉数据结构与算法、操作系统,至少较为深入地学习过分布式系统、数据库系统、编译原理中的一门课;
  3. 了解并学习过某个数据库的源代码,掌握该数据库至少一个模块的架构设计、实现细节;
  4. 学习能力强,自驱力强,愿意学习新知识;
  5. 较强的沟通能力,有责任心;

加分项:

  1. 学习过知名计算机公开课,包括但不限于 MIT 6.S081(MIT 6.828)、MIT 6.824(MIT 6.5840)、CMU 15-445/15721、UCB CS186 等课程,或其他国内外知名课程。 自主完成课程的编程作业,阅读并研究过课程配套的论文或资料;
  2. 参与过数据库开源项目,如 TiDB、Apache Doris、ClickHouse、GreptimeDB、RisingWave、Databend、Neon、VictoriaMetrics、TimescaleDB、InfluxDB 等。提交过有一定影响力的 PR,或较深度地参与过开源社区建设;
  3. 深入学习过数据库理论知识,有论文产出最佳;

薪资福利:

  • Base 成都,双休,不加班;

  • 基本薪资 250-400 元/天,公司提供住房补贴。每周至少到岗 3 天,优秀者可谈薪;
