This statement feels a bit sudden and out-of-place since this section isn't related to app failover and the linked application failover article doesn't really have anything to do with auto tiering specifically. The original ticket also doesn't mention failover as far as I can tell. I think maybe it would be better to just add a link to the A-A landing page from the following note instead.
