Add tidyomics reference to append_samples documentation

The append_samples function was missing the tidyomics consortium reference that is present in all other exported functions.

Changes

• Added @references tag to append_samples function in R/dplyr_methods.R with the tidyomics consortium citation

All other exported functions already contain the reference. This brings append_samples into consistency with the rest of the package and aligns with the pattern used in tidyHeatmap.
