Main update in this release is the inclusion of estrus comparison. Small fixes were implemented in the existing code as well.

Small fixes in the code to improve performance and accuracy:

• Better rotation of images
• Ignoring cervix in terminal display
• Fixed the way metrics are calculated

Added estrus comparison:

• Normalisation by rat weight
• New script to plot metrics
• Updated README to include estrus comparison
