- Conducted a Competitive Usability Evaluation of existing CKAN Websites
- Automation was introduced as a process to reduce current manual usability testing within the product team:
- Automated quantitative usability testing was conducted
- Automation was introduced to reduce time & resources taken to complete manual usability testing of products.Such that other product teams & domains (including design, dev & product teams) could conduct quick, basic-level testing of products/features. Thus freeing up the schedule for UX Researchers on the team to focus on more high level & time-consuming research projects in order to drive the product's roadmap.

- Impact of this UXR Project:

How to track user engagement on websites and guides on how to use and install certain free tools. Created a continuous research loop and process to conduct unmoderated usability testing. A how-to guide/manual has been developed for this purpose
- Research Guides, MS Clarity
- Research Guides, Google Analytics
- Unmoderated usability testing Guide/Manual, for future testing projects
The goal of the unmoderated usability testing was to identify the user flows of organic visitors using the website. Hence the recruitment strategy was to track over a period of time (3-4 months) and track organic user engagement across the selected CKAN websites
