Add a new dataset editing tool to push dataset to hub.
Part of the #2326 initiative to create lerobot dataset editing tools.

Run the tool:
lerobot-edit-dataset \ --repo_id lerobot/pusht \ --operation.type push_to_hub \ --new_repo_id ${HF_USER}/pusht
