Differences for OC users

These are the improvements and differences with OpenCollar you will notice as a user
- Ignore NPC avatars. We might release a collar tailored for NPC's some day..
- We ship with the legacy relay which supports smartstrip; the newer, simplified relay can also be used.
- While solid, the relays might be less fast than the SL equivalents because we had to revert certain LSL optimizations that are not supported in OpenSim
- There is no uniform way of looking up avatar photos for the sub selection button, so we allow dropping in a photo of subs in the remote (named the same as their avatar name)
- There is an OsGrid version too that does have the ability to automatically show avatar profile photos
- Settings can be saved through the menu in the Collar
- The resize function works well (even in OpenSim 0.8), but different than the resizer in OpenCollar
- Allow use of smartstrip in outfits
- In addition to RLVa, also allow RLV viewers to use outfits. This is auto detected (RLV viewers will use #RLV/Outfits/basics, while RLVa viewers will use #RLV/Outfits/.basics)
- Abandon clickable links (introduced in viewer 2 and 3) in the menus to reduce visual clutter since we have a lot of v1-like viewer users that don't support links (or only for the secondlife.com domain according to the official Linden specification)
