Adding a picture for your partners

A photo/texture with the name of your partner can be dropped in the Remote HUD to have it show whenever the partner is actively selected. So, for partner 'Foo Bar' or 'Foo.Bar @hg.example.com:8002' use a texture named 'Foo Bar'.
