[DO NOT MERGE] Test branch for real hrp2

Updated version of #1074
HRP2 17号機のv内のbranchにマージしていく形をとりました。
#1045, #1060, #1066, #1069, #1071, #1073 が入っています。
#1066 を入れ忘れたので、@ykawamura96 の実験が終わったら入れます。

ごめんなさい、僕の表現が悪かったと思うのですが、今回の目的はPR単体が動くかどうかのテストではなく、みんなに継続的に使ってもらって、予期していなかったエラーが起こったりしないかを経過観察することです。
なので、むしろ単体のテストが終わってる（と思っている）PRを入れていきたいです。
#1045 は特に問題なさそうなので、入れといてもよいでしょうか。
#1056 はまだ若干修正する必要があるんですかね。

We (mainly @itohdak, @Naoki-Hiraoka, @ykawamura96) tested this branch for a month with real HRP2017, and no problem about ros_bridge was reported.

• use setJointAnglesOfGroup() and playPattern(), use clearJointAngles() with test #1071, Set time_from_start to feedback of joint trajectory action with tests #1073
  Please review them.
  They already have tests, and their travis tests passed. Though use setJointAnglesOfGroup() and playPattern(), use clearJointAngles() with test #1071 has some limitation (see use setJointAnglesOfGroup() and playPattern(), use clearJointAngles() with test #1071 (comment)), I think they are worth reviewing.
