Spell Checking

Spell checking can be enabled for requirements and acceptance criteria. Note that only a limited number of dictionaries are supported; you can find a list of the supported languages below.

Selecting the Spell Checker's Language

To choose the language used by the spell checker:

1. Select Repository settings from the menu and click on the Edit button next to Repository language. The Repository language dialogue is displayed.
   
2. Select the desired language from the Repository language drop-down list.
3. Ensure that Spell checking is enabled.
4. Click on Save. Misspelled words (i.e. words not in the selected language's dictionary) are highlighted in SpecLog with a wavy red line beneath the word.

Disabling the Spell Checker

To disable the spell checker:

1. Select Repository settings from the menu and click on the Edit button next to Repository language.
2. Disable the Spell checking option.
3. Click on Save. Misspelled words are no longer highlighted in SpecLog.

Spell checking only supports the following languages:

• English
• German
• Spanish
• French
